Vader first formed back in 1986 in Poland. The band eventually released their first full-length "The Ultimate Incantation" in 1992. After touring with bands such as Dismember and Suffocation, the band released "Sothis" and "The Darkest Age - Live '93" both in 1994. "De Profundis" was then released the coming year, followed by "Future of the Past" (1996), and "Black to the Blind" (1997) (both backed by great touring). Two early demos, "Necrolust" (originally recorded in 1989) and "Morbid Reich" (1990) were re-released under demand as "Reborn in Chaos". Live albums and videos followed, but the band eventually re-appared as one of the most menacing Death Metal acts ever with the outstanding "Litany" in 1999.
